Philanthropy
Delta Zeta Iota Psi is committed to serving others and enriching the world for those around them. Members take change into their own hands by volunteering wherever they see a need. Through various partnerships and philanthropic efforts, we make it our mission to serve others. Our chapter works every semester to raise money for organizations such as The Painted Turtle Camp, Starkey Hearing Foundation, Gallaudet University, and the SPCA. About Us
The Painted Turtle’s mission is to provide a year-round, life-changing environment and authentic camp experience for children with chronic and life-threatening illnesses.
The SPCA's mission is to protect, feed, and temporarily shelter animals that have been neglected, abused, or unfed until they are able to find a loving home for them to be raised.
Gallaudet University is a bilingual, diverse, multicultural institution of higher education that ensures the intellectual and professional advancement of deaf and hard of hearing individuals through American Sign Language and English.
Starkey Hearing Foundation's mission is to bring understanding among people through hearing care by focusing on awareness, education, protection, and treatment so the world may hear.
The Institution was founded in 1946 as a private non-profit hearing research and educational facility.
